What payment methods do you accept? 

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

We are based in the U.S.

 

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

 

Do you accept returns? 

If unhappy with your item it can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition as when they left our studio. The shipping is on you.

 

What are your shipping conditions?

We ship our items from the U.S using USPS.

We ship worldwide and post items daily, Monday to Friday. Expect to receive your item within 2-12 working days depending where you are located.

If you need your items faster, please contact us, we can arrange something for you.We ask that you provide us with a secure address to ensure a safe delivery of your items.

 

For international buyers

You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; pièce has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from pièce you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 

How often do you add new items?

As often as possible! We are always finding fantastic items we want to share with you. We try to add items a couple of times a month. You never know what you will find so please check back on a regular basis or join our mailing list.

 

Do you have a physical store

Our items are currently only available online through our site. We do occasionally have pop-up events  in Paris, London and New York. You can join our mailing list if you want to know about our next event.

 

Do you only have only one of each item? 

NO. We carry a very limited stock of products we scored while travelling.

YES. Our vintage and one of a kind items are one off pieces. If you like something, don't let it slip away, these items will never be sold again.

 

I want a certain vintage item. Can you find something for me? 

YES, we can try! We're out sourcing items all the time and if you contact us, we will keep our eyes peeled for the perfect piece.

  

Who styles and photographs your items?
All of our product photos are styled and shot in house, by Fabienne Ayina. If you’re interested in learning more or you’d like to chat about our freelance rates and availability, drop us a line.

 

Do you have a mailing list?

Since our one-of-a-kind items sell out quickly, the best way to know about future shop updates is to join our mailing list. We send infrequent mail and will not share your information.

 

What inspires you?

We’re inspired by travels and free spirited people who live curiously without fear of being wrong.

 

When will my order ship?

All orders with the occasional exception will ship within 2 business days. If your package is a gift and you would like to make arrangements to have it ship earlier, please send us an email and we will get working on it right away. Arrival times vary by destination please see below or contact us for more details.

 

I live abroad. When will my order arrive?

International orders vary but generally take longer to arrive, please expect to receive your package in 10-30 business days.
